Expression of Interest

The expression of interest does not entail any legal obligation or commitment and does not grant any rights to the individuals who have expressed their interest.

Note: all expressions of interest require the payment of a non-refundable deposit. Upon expiration of the deadline, if other expressions of interest have been received, an online auction is held among the bidders, using the highest offer received as the starting point.

The expression of interest must be submitted via PEC email to the following address: dannunzio.aste@pec.libero.it, and it must include the personal details of the prospective buyer, references to the asset of interest, and the offer price, which must be higher than the base price.
